What is the dress code for the wine tasting?
The event is dressy casual.  Women will be comfortable in black pants and a sparkly top.  Our male guests typically wear a sports jacket with no tie.
 
What kind of gift basket are you interested in?
We are looking for gift baskets that include new items and gift certificates.  Some suggested themes are Spa Day, A Night out in Somerville or perhaps a Night at the Theatre?

Please bring your gift baskets with a description of what is included to the ADC’s main office by Friday, October 13th.

No, Your name will be added to our registration ticket.  We will send you an email when we receive your registration.
